I guess because of my Lebanese background, I like to eat hummus on everything, even banana bread haha. But I definitely suggest adding some sun-dried tomatoes & cracked black pepper to your egg-hummus-toast combination.<br /><br />Those oatmeal pancakes sound so simple...
